When I first got into hair extensions many years ago, I expected that it was going to change my life & business practically overnight.

I quickly realized that I had no idea what I was doing on the business side. I made so many mistakes.

But, I later found out that pretty much EVERYONE makes mistakes when they first get into hair extensions.

Through trial & error I figured out the formula & developed the systems to run a successful hair extension business.

That's when everything changed.

Now I'm the owner and Chief Extension Officer at Crown Extension Studio, a gorgeous, extension-exclusive salon in Colorado Springs.

Under my guidance, each of my stylists produces over $250,000 in hair extensions annually. They also enjoy three and a half day weekends every single weekend along with health and retirement benefits.
